Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS FLOW

At Forever Embers, your satisfaction is our priority. We've streamlined our return process to ensure a seamless experience for you!

Unworn or unwashed merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the original order date, provided it is accompanied by the original tags and packaging.

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team:

    • Send an email to our customer service support team at (email) with the following information: Your Name, Order Number, Picture of the defective product/incorrect item, and the reason for return/refund.
  2. Review and Approval:

    • Our customer service team will review your request within the next 24-48 hours.
    • If approved, we'll send you a return label to your email address.
  3. Package and Drop Off:

    • Package your return using the provided return label from our customer service team.
    • Drop off the package at a UPS facility. Please use the designated return label; do not send returns to the original address.
  4. Notification of Receipt:

    • You'll be notified once your return has been received at our warehouse.
  5. Options for Return:

    • We can refund your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
    • Please note: We do not offer exchanges; however, we can send a replacement order, ready within the next 72 hours.
  6. Claims for Non-Receipt:

    • If your tracking number indicates delivery, but you claim non-receipt, we require a claim ID from the local post office for validation.
    • Once the review is complete, we'll send a replacement.

Additional Information:

  • Health/wellness items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • A 30% restocking fee applies to custom apparels, flags, and custom design items.
